We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Datenow365.com. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the earning system is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.
3. How the Platform Works
Datenow365.com is an advertising rewards platform. Users earn money by watching advertisements served through our ad network partner, Monetag. Each completed ad view earns the user a reward that varies based on ad type, region, and current ad inventory. The per-ad reward rate is set by the platform and may change at any time without prior notice.
There is no daily limit on the number of ads a user may watch. Users may earn unlimited amounts by watching as many ads as are available.
Referral bonuses of 10% are paid to users who refer new members. This bonus is calculated on the referred user's ad earnings and credited automatically.
4. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings:
- Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automated tools to simulate ad views
- Creating multiple accounts (one account per person, per household)
- Using VPNs, proxies, or IP-masking tools to manipulate traffic or location
- Referring fake accounts, self-referrals, or coordinated fake sign-ups
- Closing, skipping, or otherwise not completing ad views before the required watch time
- Sharing accounts or allowing others to use your account
- Any form of ad fraud, click fraud, or traffic manipulation
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Platform
We use automated systems to detect suspicious activity including IP tracking, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis. Accounts flagged for fraud will be reviewed and may be permanently banned without notice.
5. Earnings & Payouts
Earnings are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful completion of each ad view. The minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00 USD.
Payouts are processed via PayPal only. You must provide a valid, active PayPal email address to receive payment. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect PayPal addresses provided by the user.
Payout requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments pending fraud review.
Earnings from fraudulent activity will be permanently forfeited. We reserve the right to reverse any earnings we determine were obtained through prohibited means.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination for fraud or abuse, all accumulated earnings are forfeited.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account will be removed.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. Ad availability may vary by region and time.
We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Actual earnings depend on ad availability in your region and the number of ads you watch.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datenow365.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
